Featuring standard rooms and spacious 2-bedroom suites that sleep up to six, this is the perfect spot for families of any size. Plus you’ll enjoy the exclusive theme park benefits like being able to breeze into the parks an hour before everyone else* and complimentary transportation.

*Requires theme park admission. Early Park Admission begins one (1) hour prior to regularly scheduled park opening to either Universal Studios Florida or Universal’s Islands of Adventure as determined by Universal Orlando, and Universal’s Volcano Bay. Valid at select attractions at each park. Attractions are subject to substitutions without notice. Additional restrictions may apply.

Check-In And Check-Out Times:
Check-in is after 4 pm, and check-out is 11 am. You may check out by television, phone, customer service e-mail, express check-out box available at the front desk or traditional check-out at the front desk.

Age Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age, and provide proper identification upon check-in and to book a room. There must be at least one person in the reserved room who is 21 years of age or older. Guests with active Military IDs who are at least 17 years of age will be able to check-in. The military member must be staying in the room and is only valid for one room.

Overnight Guest Parking:
Self-parking, $17 plus tax per night, per vehicle. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Smoking Policy:
All of our resort hotels are 100% smoke free. Our non-smoking policy applies to all areas of the hotels, with the exception of designated outdoor smoking areas. The cleaning fee for smoking in guest rooms is $250.

Complimentary Wireless Internet:
Complimentary* wireless internet access in each guest room and most common areas of the hotel, or upgrade to Premium^ wireless internet for optimal entertainment and business needs.

*Wireless internet access is complimentary for up to 4 devices per room for a 24-hour period from when guests sign up for access.
