In addition, a pristine 18-hole championship golf course which boasts beautiful views and tournament worthy conditions.

General Policies:

A major credit card and photo I.D. is required upon check-in to cover phone and incidental charges.

In order to fully comply with the Florida Indoor Clean Act, as well as to provide a refreshing, smoke-free environment for our guests, HOTEL is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking areas are available in designated outside areas of hotel. A $350.00 cleaning fee will be applied to the guest folio if the policy is not followed in the guestrooms.

Self-parking parking fee $28.00 plus tax (subject to change)

Valet parking $40.00 plus tax (subject to change)

Room taxes are included in the vacation price.

Pet Policy

All dogs & service animals must be registered at the front desk

Guest dog must have all vaccinations up to date

Maximum of one (1) dog per room

Dog must be kept on a leash & have proper supervision at all times when outside of your room.

Place "Dog in Room" sign on the outside of your room during the duration of your stay

Please call Housekeeping to schedule service to your room. Your dog must be removed from room during room cleaning service. Housekeeping hours are 8:30am to 4:00pm

Dog must be crated when left unattended in your room

A non-refundable cleaning fee of $150.00 plus tax, per guestroom, for a pet’s stay good for up to seven (7) nights. Thereafter, there is an additional fee of $50.00 for each additional night. Service animals excluded.

No shows incur a 1 night hotel penalty plus tax and applicable product penalties.

A Land Remembered (AAA Four Diamond)

This classic steakhouse is named after Patrick Smith’s renowned novel featuring memorable historical moments of Florida’s history and rich landscapes. One of two of the hotel’s fine dining options, the classic steakhouse features Linz Heritage Angus and Florida-themed specialties like Tune & Bay Scallop Ceviche and Reserve Bone-On Filet Mignon.

Banrai Sushi

Adjacent to the popular Headwaters Lounge, Banrai, offers guests a comfortable and convenient respite in which to enjoy a few rolls while sharing a cocktail with a friend, gazing out expansive windows to the hotel’s pool deck. Banrai Sushi features signature rolls like the Shingle Creek and Rosen Rolls as well as traditional sushi rolls, and an assortment of sashimi and sake. Seating capacity: 30 including seating for six at the sushi bar.
